About This Event

Event details and schedule

2020 Dean’s Ride will be held in Plant City, FL and is produced by the Plant City YMCA and supports the Y’s Live Strong program for their members and the local community.

This annual event consists of 4 cycling distances:

  • 62-Mile Metric Century
  • 46-Mile Half-Century
  • 39-Mile Half-Metric Century
  • 19-Mile Quarter-Metric Century

Several exciting changes are planned for 2020 including all new routes for each segment.   Riders will be able to enjoy the scenic Plant City countryside and smell the sweet scent of the strawberry fields.  Shirt type will be different with short sleeve style replacing the traditional long sleeve tee shirt.

The start/finish of this event will be at the Hillsborough Community College Trinkle Center at 1206 Park Rd in Plant City.

Pre-ride snacks and refreshments will be available.  Post-ride lunch, music and craft beer will also be available.

Packets can be picked up the morning of the ride at the HCC Trinkle Center.

When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
